Resolving technical issues;
Troubleshooting of the advertising platform in a B2B environment;
Defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes to find alternative solutions;
Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis;
Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing solutions in a timely fashion;
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
Fluency in English, written and spoken (minimum B2);
Experience in Digital Marketing (required);
Technical background (education and/or work experience);
Professional communication skills;
