WHAT YOU’LL DO

CO2 AI is a 60+ person team within BCG dedicated to the development of CO2 AI solution – AI-powered tool that enables organizations to measure, simulate, reduce, and track their environmental footprint at scale—and to collaborate across the supply chain. We are looking for a creative, highly motivated, data-driven marketer with a proven ability to strategize, execute, and optimize high-quality product marketing programs. In the future, you will play a key role in defining and growing the marketing organization. This role is a unique opportunity to be part of a start-up-like, dynamic, and expanding team taking actionable steps to address climate change.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the CO2 AI Product Marketing & Communications Manager will develop, execute and measure a leading-edge marketing plan across all channels to position CO2 AI as the industry leading carbon measurement software solution. Marketing activities include strategy definition, brand management, product marketing campaign management, content creation, events and sponsorships, email and web marketing, sales enablement, management of external agencies, and marketing measurement. This individual will also collaborate closely with BCG’s marketing and internal teams.
Marketing strategy and plan:

  • Develop marketing strategies, tools and techniques to position CO2 AI as an industry leader
  • Drive the creation of the marketing plan- tailored to various stages of the product life cycle, including launch and new market expansions
  • Define key go-to-market (GTM) channels including the identification the best conferences, events and awards for the product and the leadership team
  • Play a key role in the creation of CO2 AI’s brand including guidelines, identity, tone, and messaging
  • Provide guidance to the product teams on their GTM strategy

Marketing execution:

  • Drive the end-to-end execution of a robust portfolio of marketing and communications activities to BCG and external audiences for CO2 AI
  • Create content, compelling messaging, and lead promotion of CO2 AI across multiple channels (digital, social, meetings, events, booths, awards, website, media, and training)
  • Lead the development of key marketing assets, such as emails, social content, product videos, product brochures, website, proposals, and thought leadership
  • Ensure continuity and drive adoption of brand guidelines, identity and tone, and messaging
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners including BCG team, agencies, media, and clients

Marketing measurement:

  • Carry out regular analysis and reporting through strong analytical reports to illustrate achievement of KPI’s and provide results, trends, and optimization opportunities

YOU’RE GOOD AT

  • Results-driven leader, operates well under pressure, and is fearless in setting and managing expectations
  • Proven history of developing, executing, and measuring successful external marketing communications strategies. Able to transform creative ideas into impactful campaigns across multiple audiences and channels
  • Expertise in product marketing, digital, social, thought leadership, and PR
  • Strong communication and listening skills. You are clear, direct, and understand how to adapt communications both written and verbal depending on who your audience is; ability to communicate with senior leaders, BCG Partners, and clients
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and teaming skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with people at all organizational levels
  • Persistent to reach key objectives, but tactful, patient, and flexible to make progress
  • Exceptional analytical skills for business reporting and analysis tasks

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in the B2B technology space. Experience in sustainability is strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
