Do you have sound experience in compensation and benefits, payroll management and accounting, ideally gained in an international organisational, financial institution or bank? Do you possess outstanding numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail? In this key position, you will ensure we deliver an efficient payroll and benefits service to our employees as you process salaries, prepare calculations and maintain detailed records. At the same time, you will assist the Payroll & Controlling Officer and Head of HR Services in analysing benefits, process overtime and sickness information, and champion continuous improvement in working practices whilst delivering wide-ranging administrative support.
To take on this varied and involving position, you should bring:
• A good general education, ideally including a formal qualification in accounting, business administration, law, HR, payroll management or social sciences.
• Familiarity with modern office software including Microsoft Excel and payroll tools such as HRA or ERP systems such as SAP.
• Highly developed analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills.
• Excellent command of one of the two CEB official languages (English and French), both oral and written, and knowledge of the other, with a commitment to reach a good working level.
